To use cold:
Store in the fridge for instant relief when you need it, it will remain flexible in cold temperatures.
When applying to grazes first clean the area before application.
Apply your Brave Little Star to the area for up to 5 minutes to help reduce pain and inflammation.

To use warm:
Warm your Brave Little Star pack in hot(not boiling) water for up to 5 minutes.
Test the temperature on the back of your hand to ensure its not too hot.
Then you can apply it to the area for up to 10 minutes.
Do Not Microwave.

To Clean:
Wash your Brave Little Star pack with warm, soapy water, and make sure it is clean before use.
