Use it by peeling the thermometer from backing and place the adhesive side on the side of the body deep in the armpit. Close the arm and wait 2-3 minutes for the first reading. Lift the arm to read. Thereafter, readings are instant.
To read look at the dot grid, the last dot to turn BLACK indicates the correct temperature.
TraxIt is hypoallergenic and totally non-toxic, it can stay in place for up to 2 days.

Accuracy: +/- 0.2 deg C or deg F within the critical range of 37.0C to 39C / 98.0F to 102.0F;
+/- 0.4 deg C or deg F elsewhere.
